You may add the “Late” in your father’s name on your passport application if his name is stated as “Late Tazim Ahmed” on your NID card. You must also mention the nationality and occupation of your parents. Despite the fact that NID numbers are optional, it is advised against including them in the application.
Spouse Information

Submit the online Application and Print it
To begin, download two documents: 1) a summary of the application and 2) an online registration form. The registration form should be printed on A4 paper. Don’t forget to attach a passport-sized photo to a physical copy of the online registration form.
